This program is designed to assist any person 21 years of age or older who wants
to achieve success in securing a high school equivalency diploma (GED).
Adult Education GRASP Home Study
This
program is designed to assist people 21 years of age or older who want to
achieve success in securing a high school equivalency diploma (GED) and cannot
attend a regular classroom program.
Adult Education: English as a Second Language
This program is designed to assist any person 21 years of age or older whose
native language is other than English to speak, read, and write in English.
ESL Tutorial Services
This program is designed to provide in-school tutoring
services for K-12 students whose native language is other than English.
Literacy Volunteers of America
for Otsego & Delaware Counties
This program is designed to better serve any
person 16 years of age or older who need one-on-one tutoring for basic
educational skills.
Computer Literacy
This program is designed to assist people 21
years of age or older who do not possess a high school diploma and who want to upgrade basic computer literacy skills to
secure employment and/or promote greater workplace productivity.
Alternative GED Program
This program is designed as a safety net for 16 to 20 year old
students who have not been successful in the regular classroom, and who are most
at risk for not completing their secondary education.
Driver Education
This program is designed to provide students 16 years of age
or older a full semester course that provides appropriate classroom and in-car
experiences to foster safe driving theory. This program takes place summers
only.
